Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- no related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand, walk, and physically handle luggage weighing up to 25 pounds
- ability to perform fine motor tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching
- willingness to work full time
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets

Job Duties
- activate room keys using electronic key machine
- reissue new room keys to guests as necessary
- communicate to appropriate staff about guests waiting for available rooms
- advise guests of messages received and send them to rooms
- accommodate requests for room changes when possible
- supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, and local attractions
- tag, store, and retrieve luggage from storage providing proper claim tickets
- identify and explain room features to guests
- resolve outstanding requests or problems from previous days
- arrange transportation for guests and visitors
- respond promptly to all guest needs and requests
