Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent certificate
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
Capability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to read and interpret various information formats
Willingness to comply with company safety policies
Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work as part of a team with respect and support
Flexibility to perform diverse physical tasks and follow supervisors' instructions

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Basic knowledge of hotel amenities and services preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Proficiency in handling luggage and using key activation machines

Job Duties

Activate room keys using electronic key machines and distribute keys to guests as needed
Communicate with relevant staff about guests waiting for available rooms
Inform guests of any messages received and deliver them to rooms upon request
Handle room change requests when possible
Provide directions and information about hotel amenities, services, schedules, and local points of interest
Label, store, and retrieve luggage from the baggage deposit and provide guests with appropriate receipts
Identify and explain room features to guests
Prioritize and resolve pending requests or issues from previous day
Arrange transportation for guests or visitors
Respond promptly to all guest needs and requests
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Complete all required safety trainings and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company assets
Support coworkers with dignity and respect
Assist team in achieving common goals
Meet quality assurance expectations and standards
Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or full shifts
Read and visually verify information in various formats
Inspect tools, equipment, or machinery to identify defects
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
Reach overhead and under knees, including bending, twisting the waist, dragging, and stooping
Climb ladders and service stairs or ramps
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
