Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and assist guests effectively
- Experience with reservation booking and operating transaction systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment as required
- Availability to work flexible shifts based on client needs
Job Qualifications
- Previous guest services experience preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Book reservations and coordinate registration
- Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
- Answer phone calls and emails and deliver messages as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
