Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods
- Ability to communicate verbally with guests and team members
- Physical ability to occasionally lift and carry objects without assistance
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during events
- Ability to follow safety protocols and venue policies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict and remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, guest services, or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, and coworkers while maintaining a friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and diplomatic while addressing guest concerns and inquiries
- Ability to work independently while remaining flexible and contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities while working under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistently meet established standards
- Ability to follow simple to complex, multi-step instructions with a high degree of precision
- Ability to maintain concentration and focus on detailed tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, and move throughout the venue for extended periods
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry objects without assistance
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and visitors by responding to questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive event experience
- Greet guests, verify or collect tickets as assigned, and direct guests to their seats or other venue locations
- Ensure guest compliance with venue policies regarding outside food, beverages, cameras, and other prohibited items
- Monitor guest conduct and proactively assist guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience
- Recognize, address, and resolve guest concerns and conflicts using effective communication and sound judgment
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the venue
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment, or incidents to supervisory staff immediately
- Perform crowd management and access control duties during events
- Serve as a member of the emergency evacuation team by directing guests to designated exits during emergencies
- Monitor emergency exits and provide assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs
- Relocate to various positions throughout the venue as operational needs require
- Distribute event materials and informational items to guests as assigned
- Follow all event procedures, safety protocols, and supervisory instructions
