Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TABC certification
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new software
- Fluency in English
- Flexible work schedule including weekends
- Professional appearance and hygiene
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
- Ability to see and hear normally with or without aids
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a customer-oriented or hospitality environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn specialized spa software quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- TABC certification required

- Ability to handle pressure and maintain flexibility in scheduling
- Commitment to confidentiality and respectful interaction with clients and colleagues
Job Duties
- Schedule spa services efficiently via telephone and in person
- Greet guests warmly and verify their schedules upon arrival
- Promote and sell spa services and retail items to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and retail areas
- Escort guests through the spa, providing tours and answering questions
- Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and lost and found items to management
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings, supporting team collaboration
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
- Maintain confidentiality of client and spa business information
