Skywalker Vineyards Casual Guest Services Coordinators play an essential role in supporting the ongoing event operations at the prestigious Summit Skywalker Ranch. Skywalker Vineyards is a distinguished winery known for its dedication to crafting fine wines and delivering exceptional guest experiences within a serene ranch setting. The role of Casual Guest Services Coordinator is multifaceted, requiring a flexible and energetic approach. Candidates for this position must be prepared to work varied shifts which include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during different events hosted at the Summit Skywalker Ranch. This flexibility is pivotal due to the dynamic nature of event schedules and guest needs that fluctuate throughout the year. The coordinator’s tasks range from greeting guests and managing arrivals and departures, providing concierge-level assistance, to engaging in detailed room preparations such as suite inspections and creating welcoming environments with custom flower arrangements. Food and beverage service is another key responsibility, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special wine-tasting events, all of which demand attentiveness and professionalism.
In addition to guest interactions, this role encompasses several behind-the-scenes duties — polishing glassware, resetting service spaces, housekeeping tasks related to guest suite preparation and breakdown, and assisting with the sales of Skywalker Vineyards products including wine and ranch merchandise. Support extends to the wine bay where coordinators help fulfill wine shipments throughout the year. The job also involves participating in annual ranch projects such as olive oil bottling, wine labeling, special holiday decorations, and organizing tasks which contribute to the upkeep and operational success of the ranch. This comprehensive range of duties means the Casual Guest Services Coordinators must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within any industry, hospitality or retail preferred
- demonstrated positive, strong customer service interest, skills, and experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks and priorities, with grace and enthusiasm
- knowledge of and passion for fine wines and winemaking
- demonstrative ability to work well in a team environment
- excellent organizational and administrative skills
- ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less or equal to 50lbs without assistance
- sit, stand, or walk for an extended period (8 hrs.)
- reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supporting guest arrival and guest departure experiences, escorting guests to their suites, assisting with luggage, and offering concierge services
- preparing room key cards and conducting suite inspections prior to guests' arrivals
- maintain a high level of communication with all team members to ensure seamless service to all guests
- making flower arrangements for guest suites
- conduct inspections of all guest rooms prior to guest arrival
- food and beverage service including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, along with wine tastings
- polishing glasses and flatware, getting the space back together
