The current opportunity at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is a full-time, non-management position within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations category. The role primarily focuses on providing guests with comprehensive information about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions. As a key point of contact for guests, the employee is responsible for communication between guests and various departments such as Bellperson, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security/Loss Prevention to promptly address any guest requests or concerns. An essential aspect of this position is ensuring guest satisfaction through diligent follow-up and responsiveness to special requests, including communicating VIP arrivals for enhanced service. The role demands professionalism, adherence to company policies and procedures, effective communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Job Duties

  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
  • Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
