Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage difficult situations
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to all patients and visitors
- Assist patients and visitors by answering questions and directing them appropriately
- Facilitate continuous communication with patients, families, team members and Access Care Staff
- Recognize potential crisis situations and advocate for security involvement when needed
- Act as a liaison between guests and clinical team members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
- Support administrative tasks as needed to improve patient flow and service delivery
