Job Requirements
- Knowledge of spirits, beer, and food
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work well in a team

- Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Experience in guest services preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Serve customers with a high level of customer service
- Support food runners, drink runners, and bussers
- Keep bar and work areas clean with high attention to detail
- Deliver cold, freshly poured drinks to guests enthusiastically
- Deliver hot freshly prepared food to guests promptly and with enthusiasm
- Assist guests to their bay areas and help set up for an excellent experience
- Guide guests to make the most of food and beverage operations
