Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related field is advantageous
- Possess strong physical fitness
- Exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively in a team
- Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one if required
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or related fields is advantageous
- Strong physical fitness and stamina to stand or walk extended periods
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Possess or willingness to obtain a valid security license if required
- Successful background check and drug screening
Job Duties
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to the standards of the client and BEST
- Patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety
- Monitor access points including conducting bag checks and entry screenings
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies including medical emergencies and disturbances
- Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting attendees and answering questions
- Report security-related occurrences and maintain accurate documentation
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure professionalism and security effectiveness
