The role of Temporary Full Time Guest Services Attendant at Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is an integral part of the guest experience team. Reporting directly to the Guest Services Manager, this position is responsible for delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience that reflects the spirit of aloha and Four Seasons' renowned hospitality standards. The Guest Services Attendant welcomes guests upon arrival, assists with luggage, safely parks and retrieves guest vehicles, and facilitates various deliveries and pick-ups between guest rooms and other resort locations. This role requires a polished, professional approach to guest interactions, responding to inquiries, managing customer requests, and addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

This full-time temporary assignment offers the benefits and competitive wage of a regular Four Seasons employee and is initially set for three months with a possibility for extension depending on the resort's needs. The position demands a strong knowledge of local geography and attractions to assist guests effectively, providing recommendations, directions, and transportation arrangements. The successful candidate will possess a valid driver’s license, previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting, and excellent communication skills in English. Job Duties

Park arriving and retrieve departing guest's vehicles safely while adhering to all company and government traffic regulations and Resort Garage Parking Policy
Assess any damage and clearly note damage on claim ticket along with location of parked vehicle
Deliver and pick up luggage to and from guests room and maintain detailed records of all luggage, room and amenity deliveries
Greet all arriving guests with amenity and escort or guide guests to the front desk and introduce them to the Front Desk Agent
Greet and offer assistance to all guest passing through lobby
Provide a safe and comfortable ride for resort guests
Assure limo and house car are in good repair and stocked with necessary amenities
Maintains appropriate log, noting guests who were transported and the details of their transportation
Strong knowledge of the city so guests can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time
Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
