Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of hospitality or related customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with proven ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by serving as the primary face of the hotel, managing guest arrivals, valet parking, and luggage assistance
- Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries about amenities/attractions, and handle requests professionally
- Safely park and retrieve automatic and manual vehicles while keeping keys and tickets organized
- Escort guests to rooms, handle luggage with care, and manage organized baggage storage
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security teams while maintaining clean service areas
- Uphold strict hotel protocols regarding guest privacy, safety, grooming, and gaming license standards
