The current opportunity at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is for the position of Guest Services Attendant. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move luggage and equipment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury hotel or restaurant preferred
  • Flexible with schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift, carry, and pull luggage carts
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests and deliver luggage to and from guest rooms
  • Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism
  • Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks, and special requests
  • Receive vehicles from guests and safely park in hotel garage
  • Assess and document any vehicle damage
  • Perform errands and local travel for guests and hotel
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of In Room Dining and housekeeping items during overnight shifts
  • Comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards
  • Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
