Currently hiring for the Guest Services Associate position at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort, located in a central location in Orlando, Florida. This is a full-time evening shift opportunity scheduled from 6pm to 2:30am. The position offers competitive pay at $17.50 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package.
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the friendly face that guests encounter upon arrival and throughout their stay, playing a vital role in shaping their vacation experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, facilitating a smooth registration process, issuing unit keys, and providing information about the resort’s amenities and nearby attractions. You will also manage cash and credit transactions accurately, following established procedures, balance cash receipts, and perform other financial duties related to guest services. Additionally, you will assist with guest check-out processes ensuring charges and credits are correctly applied, and handle reservation confirmations for individuals and groups. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude will help you address guests’ inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat visits.
The role demands a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude, coupled with excellent English communication skills. You should be able to solve problems with minimal supervision, have basic math capabilities, multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with basic computer and office software is also required.

Job Duties
- Bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes
- guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions
- process cash and credit card transactions strictly following established procedures
- balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities
- complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios
- reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups
- provide guests with room rate quotes
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible
