As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for delivering a positive first impression that embodies the establishment's dedication to friendliness, excellent service, and maintaining high standards. Your role as the Host/Hostess is central to the guest experience—welcoming guests upon arrival, informing them of their wait time, managing the waiting list efficiently, and guiding them to their tables. You will also bid guests farewell, ensuring their departure matches the warm welcome they received, thus fostering guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Your interactions with guests will be natural and engaging, avoiding any scripted or intrusive manner. Beyond seating guests, you will be attentive to their needs by refilling beverages and performing light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning glasses and menus, and ensuring that the restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and orderly. Your attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness contributes directly to the guests' overall impression of the establishment's professionalism and care.

Operating as part of a dynamic and energetic team, you will also assist with answering phones and filling to-go orders when required. This flexibility is essential to maintaining smooth operations during busy periods.
