The Guest Services Associate (2nd Shift) role at Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position serves as the welcoming face to guests from around the world, providing warm hospitality from the moment guests register until checkout. Associates in this role handle a variety of guest service responsibilities including guiding guests through the registration process, issuing unit keys, offering information about the resort as well as nearby attractions, and managing room rate quotes and reservation confirmations.
This role demands excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude to maintain high hospitality standards. The Guest Services Associate is also responsible for handling cash and credit transactions in adherence to set procedures, balancing cash receipts, and managing checkout processes efficiently while ensuring accurate charges and credits on guest folios. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
- bring smiles to guests from around the world by providing warm welcomes
- guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions
- process cash and credit card transactions strictly following established procedures
- balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities
- complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios
- reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups
- provide guests with room rate quotes
- respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible
