Now hiring for Club Wyndham Governor's Green Resort, located in the charming historic town of Williamsburg, VA, Travel + Leisure Co. invites applications for the full-time position of Guest Services Associate. This role plays an essential part in creating memorable vacation experiences for resort guests from registration to checkout. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for guests’ vacations. You will assist with the registration process, provide information about the resort and local attractions, issue room keys, and confirm reservations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Cash and credit card transactions must be handled accurately according to established procedures. This role demands attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The hourly pay for this position starts at $17 an hour, with a competitive benefits package available to associates working 30 or more hours per week. Job Duties
- Provide warm welcomes to guests
- guide guests through registration and issue room keys
- provide information about the resort and local attractions
- process cash and credit card transactions according to policy
- balance cash receipts and perform money handling duties
- complete checkout procedures ensuring accurate charges and credits
- reserve and confirm individual and group reservations
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
