Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license
  • Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (not Montana or Hawaii)
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and hotel partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid unrestricted driver’s license
  • One to two years of driving experience
  • Ability to speak and understand basic English
  • Experience in aviation, auto rental, guest services, or hospitality preferred
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods preferred
  • Technology savvy with smartphones and tablets preferred
  • College degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with a professional and hospitable demeanor
  • Manage vehicle rental transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle options and rental policies
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental facility and vehicles
  • Participate in training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
