Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older except for Montana or Hawaii
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- One to two years of driving experience and insurable
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and hotel partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- Provide exceptional guest service to high-profile clients
- Manage vehicle rental transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle inventory and services offered
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Communicate effectively with management, FBO and hotel partners
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
