Job Requirements
- Valid unrestricted driver's license
- One to two years of driving experience and insurable
- Must be 21 years of age or older (not Montana or Hawaii)
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English to communicate effectively with management, team members, partners, and leads
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and understand safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in aviation, auto rental, guest services, or hospitality preferred
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- Technology savvy with smartphones and tablets
- College degree preferred
Job Duties
- Provide first-class customer service to guests
- Handle reservations and vehicle rental transactions professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth rental processes
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
