Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of post-high school experience in a fast-paced office, reception, healthcare, or customer service environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to handle cash accurately and dispense change correctly
- Strong math skills
- Ability to follow health screening protocols and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years post-high school experience in fast-paced office, reception, healthcare, or customer service setting
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid computer and typing skills
- Strong math skills for money handling
- EPIC scheduling experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Public Notary credential preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospitality services preferred
- Familiarity with hospital departments, staff, locations, and functions preferred
- Prior receptionist, administrative or clerical experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional assistance and information to patients, families, visitors, and staff
- Conduct health screenings following organizational and CDC guidelines
- Manage visitor flow and lobby access for hospital and hospital-based clinics
- Schedule contracted interpreters and coordinate related logistics
- Handle cash reconciliation, cash handling, external transportation billing, and cash posting
- Maintain and manage Lost and Found items
- Support wayfinding, concierge services, transportation coordination, and guest lodging assistance
