- two years experience in related environment
- ability to read and speak English
- certification in golf cart safety

- effective communication skills
- ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests
- maintain effective communication between staff members
Job Duties
- Possess basic knowledge and understanding of typical golf course procedures
- retrieve golf carts on request
- load and unload golf bags in and out of vehicles
- inform members of any unusual conditions that exist on the course
- communicate with other outside service staff to ensure that all players tee off at their scheduled times
- greet members at end of round, record finish time and report it to the Golf Shop
- clean golf clubs and maintain golf carts and cart barn area
- carry out starting and marshalling duties
- perform other job duties as assigned
