Job Requirements

  • Passion for the people, place, and culture of our community
  • minimum of two years of experience in guest or customer service for luxury goods or services or comparable combination of education and experience
  • professional proficiency of English language in reading, writing and verbal communication
  • valid driver's license and successful completion of Motor Vehicle Report
  • intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs for handling guest luggage
  • ability to push a bell cart with guest luggage that may contain up to 100 lbs
  • ability to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of guest or customer service experience in luxury goods or services or equivalent education and experience
  • professional proficiency in English including reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • valid driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push bell carts up to 100 pounds
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • passion for the people, place, and culture of the community

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate passion and genuine care for guest experiences handling all interactions with professionalism
  • own all aspects of a guest's experience ensuring accurate reservations, inviting arrivals, local recommendations, and seamless departures
  • accommodate special requests breaking protocol when necessary to benefit the guest
  • serve as a knowledgeable tour guide for hotel experiences uncovering guest preferences to personalize their stay
  • demonstrate mastery of hotel systems for accurate guest communication
  • be detail-oriented ensuring no request is overlooked
  • prioritize guest satisfaction adjusting actions to meet needs
  • display professionalism and discretion maintaining calm and engaging presence
  • remedy guest concerns independently and suggest service improvements
  • collaborate effectively with coworkers and other departments
  • seize opportunities to exceed expectations assisting guests, coworkers, or management
