The Crossroads Hotel is now seeking a dedicated Guest Services Ambassador to join their passionate team of hotel ambassadors. Reporting directly to the Director of Hotel Operations, this full-time, non-exempt position offers flexible availability. The successful candidate will become part of a respectful and progressive environment that values the unique contributions of every team member. This role provides the opportunity to be involved in a dynamic setting where creativity and passion are strongly encouraged and supported. The Guest Services Ambassador plays a pivotal role in elevating guest experiences by combining outstanding service with meticulous attention to detail. They are a key player in delivering personalized hospitality that surprises and inspires guests, helping to maintain the hotel’s reputation as a luxurious and community-focused destination.
The ideal candidate is someone with a perfectionist nature who believes that any task worth doing is worth doing well. This individual rejects ordinary service experiences and instead embraces energetic, spontaneous, and exceptional customer interactions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and patience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
