The Guest Services team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts plays a vital role in shaping the first and lasting impressions for guests, serving as the face of the company’s hospitality. Responsibilities include greeting guests during arrival and departure, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage and personal belongings, and offering information about hotel amenities and local attractions. The position demands a mix of customer service, physical activity, and teamwork, ensuring guests experience both comfort and professionalism throughout their stay. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties)
  • ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
  • ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and guest items (up to 50 lbs)
