- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for valet duties)
- ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
- ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and guest items (up to 50 lbs)
- comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service and communication skills
- professional, friendly, and polished demeanor
- ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
- open doors and provide directional assistance as needed
- maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- follow all safety and vehicle handling procedures
- support restaurant valet operations
