Recognized as a leading venue for sports, corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings, Chelsea Piers is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for all patrons. The establishment boasts state-of-the-art facilities, providing an ideal setting for both professional and personal events, while emphasizing convenience, safety, and guest satisfaction throughout each visit.

The Guest Services Agent assists with transportation logistics, including managing black cars, limos, buses, and valet parking, thereby enhancing guest convenience and event flow. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to promptly address guest requests and ensure seamless event operations.

Candidates for this position should bring prior hospitality and front service experience, preferably with familiarity in the black car, valet, and bus industries. Strong administrative capabilities and computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Teams, are essential for managing coordination duties effectively. The ability to work flexible hours to accommodate varying business levels and maintain composure under pressure are key traits for success in this role.

Safety and professionalism are paramount as the Guest Services Agent may be required to drive if in possession of a valid driver’s license, with annual background checks to verify driving eligibility. Physical demands include the ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for extended periods, and demonstrate manual dexterity required for handling supplies and equipment.

In return for their dedication, Chelsea Piers offers its team members a range of benefits including complimentary fitness center access, participation in the 401k retirement program, free daily staff meals, and a pre-tax transit program, which collectively support employee wellness and financial security. This part-time role at Chelsea Piers is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and event service, seeking to grow their career within a vibrant and dynamic environment where exceptional guest experience is the top priority.
