The Guest Services Agent role at Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill offers a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded hospitality team. This position focuses on providing outstanding customer service starting with greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage transportation, coordinating transportation requests, and maintaining the front drive clear of parked vehicles to ensure a smooth guest arrival and departure experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical capability to assist with luggage handling and standing for long periods
  • Background check clearance may be required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they enter and leave the hotel
  • Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from rooms

  • Provide general hotel and local area information to guests
