Additionally, it provides ongoing training and development opportunities to help employees build their skills and advance professionally.

One of pyramid’s distinguished properties is the Residence Inn by Marriott Berkeley, an energizing hotel standing 17 stories tall in Berkeley, California. This hotel features 331 suites equipped with fully functional kitchens and separate living spaces, as well as a rooftop restaurant and bar offering spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay Area. The current opportunity is for a Guest Services Agent to join the Guest Services team at Residence Inn Berkeley. This role is perfect for highly motivated individuals with engaging personalities who enjoy creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, providing warm welcomes to guests as they arrive, assisting with luggage, and sharing valuable information about the hotel amenities and local area. You will help guests feel comfortable and oriented, escorting them to the front desk for check-in and to their rooms while explaining the hotel’s unique features. This role involves collaboration with other attendants to ensure personalized experiences and outstanding hospitality at every touchpoint.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in helping people, and the ability to work effectively under fast-paced conditions. You will also handle responsibilities such as opening vehicle doors for arriving guests, parking and retrieving guests’ cars, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area alongside the lobby attendant. Your role is crucial in creating a “WOW” experience for guests, making a positive impact through genuine care and attention to detail.

The Guest Services Agent role offers a rewarding career path with competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $21 per hour.
