Job Requirements
- At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
- Valid drivers license with no major infractions for six months
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Pleasant and helpful personality
- Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between valet lot and hotel
- Strong desire to make an impact on other people
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Help guests discover their wanderlust experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Interact with all guests and welcome them to the hotel
- Open guests' car doors upon arrival
- Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
- Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
- Escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining hotel amenities
- Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience
- Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
- Go beyond standard duties to enhance guest and employee experience
