Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to pass a background check and drug screen
- comfortable working outdoors
- availability for flexible scheduling
- willingness to interact with the public regularly
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
- team player with ability to work independently
- prior experience in customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and a dash of humor
- process ticket and membership sales smoothly and efficiently
- operate the carousel and Lorikeet Loft
- address guest questions and concerns with patience
- ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all visitors
- maintain cleanliness and order at guest service areas
- assist with special events and programs as needed
