The Guest Service Support Expert role at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa is an integral position within the Food and Beverage operations, dedicated to supporting seamless service delivery while enhancing the guest experience. This position requires a hands-on approach to job functions including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds solo and 50 pounds with help, bending, stooping, and moving across different surfaces. Employees must maintain professional standards in uniform appearance, communication, safety practices, and adherence to company policies. No previous supervisory experience is necessary, although prior experience in food and beverage settings such as working as a food runner or server assistant is preferred. The role offers a wage of $17.00 per hour, is tip eligible, and includes eligibility for a staff service charge. Open availability is preferred to meet the needs of this dynamic department.
