With over 200 internal promotions annually, there are numerous opportunities to advance your career within the company.

As part of the team, you'll receive a competitive salary accompanied by generous benefits, including quarterly bonus incentives of up to $3,200 annually, flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts, and complimentary room nights. Drury Hotels also offers comprehensive health and well-being benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life, disability insurance, and access to the Team Member Assistance Program. Retirement planning support is provided via company-matched 401(k) plans. The company’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding its team members has earned it a spot on Newsweek's America's Greatest Workplaces 2025 list.

This role also demands a strong grasp of Drury Hotels' marketing and sales programs as you will assist with sales-related initiatives. Practical duties include performing guest service agent tasks, night audits, and handling monetary transactions as necessary. Attention to detail, clear communication skills in English, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and team members are essential. Some travel may be required as part of this role.

Joining Drury Inn & Suites means becoming part of a vibrant, community-oriented team where your efforts drive the success of both our guests and the company.
