We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join our new property in Mobile. This role offers a starting pay rate of $17 per hour and includes the opportunity to grow within a highly regarded hospitality company. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play an integral role in overseeing the front desk and guest services team, ensuring that Drury Hotels' standards of service and professionalism are consistently met. You will work closely with both management and team members to foster an environment where every guest feels welcomed, appreciated, and well-cared for.
The successful candidate will assist in training front desk employees, motivate them to exceed customer expectations, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Being a visible leader, you will set a positive example by demonstrating integrity, enthusiasm, and exceptional hospitality skills. This position also involves hands-on duties such as handling guest inquiries, managing complaints with a +1 service attitude, performing night audits, and supporting various operational tasks as needed. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, give and receive directions, and maintain attention to detail will be critical to providing unparalleled guest service and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service role
- Ability to provide written and oral direction
- Ability to perform duties of guest service agent or night audit as needed
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Willingness to travel if required
