Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in front desk or guest service role
  • Ability to provide written and oral direction
  • Ability to perform duties of guest service agent or night audit as needed
  • Reliable and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Willingness to travel if required

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
  • Ability to train and motivate team members
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle money and perform night audit duties
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with supervising the front desk and guest service positions
  • Ensure Drury Hotels policies and procedures are consistently communicated and followed
  • Provide motivation and demonstrate positive leadership to inspire team members
  • Assist with training guest service team members
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly service
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 service attitude
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for diverse team and guests
