Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated dependability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Willingness to learn and be coachable
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating honor, dignity and respect in all guest interactions
- Proficiency in a particular zone of the restaurant such as receiving guest orders
- Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests in cash, credit card, or digital format
- Accurately count US currency and provide change to customers as required
- Provide a high level of hospitality to every guest
- Assemble and deliver guest orders
- Clean and restock front counter, condiment stands, and restrooms
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Work efficiently
- Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lift objects up to 20 lbs when necessary
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods with safety as a top priority
