The role of the In-Room Dining Server at Four Seasons is an integral part of the food and beverage team, focused on elevating the guest experience through attentive and professional room service delivery. Job Requirements

Work permit status in the United States
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Physically able to carry trays and handle multiple orders
Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred
Excellent command of English language

Job Duties

Deliver food and amenities to guest rooms promptly while maintaining the highest food quality
Greet guests warmly offering detailed descriptions of menu items and providing a memorable experience
Set up and clean room service tables removing trays and dishes as needed to ensure a tidy and pleasant environment
Accurately handle guest checks ensuring proper room numbers and signatures are secured
Address guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally anticipating needs and confirming satisfaction
Ensure the efficient operation of the room service process assisting in order management and maintaining quality service
Maintain strong communication with team members to ensure smooth coordination of orders and guest requests
