The position offered is centered around promoting the Caesars Rewards programs and card membership, specifically at the Horseshoe Casino property. The role plays a critical function in enhancing customer engagement by assisting guests with new card signups, updating account information, replacing cards, and handling any loyalty member requests. Exemplary customer service and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor are vital to succeed in this role. Employees are expected to maintain a deep knowledge of Caesars’ promotions, property events, and rewards programs to provide fast, flawless service. Additionally, the employee will act as a guest liaison to resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Caesars policies and Indiana Gaming Commission requirements. Working in this role means helping build a fun, professional atmosphere as part of a cohesive team that promotes positive relations both within the workplace and the broader community. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED required
- proficiency in English verbal and written
- analytical skills and customer service orientation
- ability to make sound decisions in providing complimentary items
- excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem-solving skills
- ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- experience in data input with typing speed of 25 words per minute
- 3-5 years customer service experience
- flexible to work various shifts, weekends and holidays
- must qualify for and maintain a gaming license
- access to the vessel is required
- ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- ability to resolve stressful situations
- adherence to behavior and appearance standards
- ability to listen and respond to visual and aural cues

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information
- solicit and identify new gaming customers for the Caesars Rewards program
- offer guests Caesars signature Visa cards and explain benefits
- maintain customer information with confidentiality and accuracy
- provide superior level of guest service
- maintain extensive knowledge of products, services, promotions, and programs
- communicate effectively and professionally with guests, peers, and leadership
- respond promptly and discreetly to guest inquiries or concerns
- ensure recognition and acknowledgment of high limit players
- update account information through CMS, Experience and PKMS
- act as a guest liaison handling issues and resolving situations
- follow all submissions, SOPs, and Indiana Gaming Commission requirements
