Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED required
- three to five years of customer service experience
- proficient English verbal and written
- analytical skills and customer service orientation
- ability to make sound decisions in providing complimentary items based on tracked play
- excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem-solving skills
- ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently
- experience in data input and typing 25 words per minute
- flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license
- access to the vessel required
- ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- ability to resolve stressful situations

Job Duties
- Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information
- research, locate, and provide information
- solicit and identify new gaming customers for the Caesars Rewards program

- maintain customer information with high data entry and confidentiality standards

- maintain extensive knowledge of products, services, promotions, and programs

- update account information through CMS, Experience, and PKMS
