Job Description

The Navy Lodge located in Moffett Field, California, operates under the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) and serves as a premier hospitality establishment dedicated to providing exceptional lodging and guest services primarily to members of the U.S. military, their families, and authorized guests. As a part of the broader military hospitality network, Navy Lodge delivers an environment that is welcoming, secure, and tailored to meet the unique demands of military personnel who may be traveling or stationed away from home. The Navy Lodge at Moffett is known for its commitment to excellence, combining a dynamic work atmosphere with the opportunity to contribute positively to the well-being of service members and their families. Joining the Navy Lodge means becoming part of a team that takes pride in supporting America’s strength and heart, playing a crucial role in a community that values respect, service, and dedication.

As a Guest Services Representative at the Navy Lodge in Moffett, CA, you will hold a vital position within this military hospitality operation. This full-time role involves being the welcoming face of the Navy Lodge and providing superior customer service in a fast-paced, evolving environment. In this position, you will be responsible for various front desk and guest relations tasks, including issuing room keys, managing telephone communications, and operating computerized Property Management Systems to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your interactions will extend beyond guests to include coordination with Navy Lodge personnel and the chain of command, reinforcing the operational success and daily efficiency of the establishment.

The role demands a dedicated team player who is motivated to support the local Naval community while delivering top-tier service. You will also be entrusted with handling financial reconciliations of daily transactions, maintaining a clean and organized lobby, and managing logistics around the complimentary "self-service" breakfast bar and other lobby events. Importantly, this position offers a competitive federal wage starting from $20.28 per hour depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package effective from day one. Eligible candidates may also receive a $600 hiring incentive, symbolizing the organization’s commitment to attracting skilled individuals passionate about service and hospitality.

This opportunity provides a unique professional experience where each day presents new challenges and the chance to make a meaningful impact within the military community. Working at the Navy Lodge Moffett exposes you to a friendly, respectful, and supportive environment that values continuous improvement and teamwork. If you have at least one year of clerical experience coupled with the ability to meet the required knowledge and skills, and you are looking for a stable, rewarding career in a service-driven organization, this role could be the perfect fit for you. The Navy Lodge not only offers a job but a chance to be part of something bigger—supporting those who serve the nation with honor and dedication.
