Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of general office clerical experience
- Progressive responsible experience related to the position
- Completion of academic study above high school can substitute for experience
- Possession of required knowledge and skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to distinguished guests
- Issue room keys and operate telephone switchboard
- Utilize computerized Property Management Systems for guest services
- Communicate effectively with Navy Lodge personnel and chain of command
- Reconcile daily transactions of all accounts accurately
- Maintain lobby appearance including cleaning and organization
- Set up, break down, and clean up the complimentary self-service breakfast bar and lobby event areas
