The Guest Service Representative position at MainStay Suites Blue Ash plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact and the face of the hotel to all arriving and departing guests. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous guest service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work from 3 pm to 11 pm
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications
