Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changes
- Effective communication skills
- Must comply with company quality and service standards

Job Duties
- Organize, confirm and process guest check-in and check-out and adapt to changes
- Ensure payments and verify and reconcile billing as necessary
- Provide guests with room assignments, hotel information, directions, amenities, and local points of interest
- Complete daily reports and review information to communicate to the next shift
- Close cashier reports and count cash accurately at the end of each shift
- Accept and log wake-up calls for guests and notify appropriate departments
- Communicate emergencies, lost items, or thefts to authorities or security
- Maintain contingency lists for emergencies and relay necessary messages
