Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work part time including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand walk or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to perform reasonable job duties as requested
  • Commitment to quality assurance standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficiency in using hotel management systems

Job Duties

  • Organize confirm and process guest check in check out and adapt to changes
  • Ensure payments are secured verify and adjust billing as necessary
  • Provide guests with room and hotel information directions amenities and local points of interest
  • Prepare daily reports and review communication for the next shift
  • Complete cashier and closing reports accurately count cash at shift end
  • Accept and log wake up calls and relay to appropriate departments
  • Communicate emergencies lost items or thefts to authorities or security personnel
  • Maintain emergency contingency lists and communicate messages as needed
