This full-time, non-management position offers a competitive hourly wage of $27.15. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience by managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests. Your responsibilities will range from securing payments, verifying billing, activating room keys, to assisting guests with directions and property services. You will also handle important safety protocols such as printing contingency guest lists for emergencies and reporting any guest theft incidents to the appropriate security team.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions securely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency especially in data entry and report generation
- Physical ability to stand walk or sit for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Must follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations preferred
- Ability to manage cash and process payments accurately

- Knowledge of hotel property management systems is an advantage

Job Duties
- Organize confirm process and conduct all guest check-ins check-outs room reservations requests changes and cancellations
- Secure payment verify and adjust billing
- Activate and file room keys
- Process all guest requests and relay messages
- Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency
- Identify and explain room features to guests supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities services and hours of operation and local areas of interest
- Follow up on any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and ensure they are resolved
