Job Requirements

Reception desk, hospitality, retail, or guest service experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent (English speaking) communication skills
Maintain high professional standards of service, appearance and behavior
Team player with good organizational and interpersonal skills
PC and keyboarding skills
Able to handle multiple duties simultaneously
Available to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Previous cash handling experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as a team

Job Duties

Facilitate excellent guest service to enhance the salon/spa experience for the guest
Save the date for guests and schedule appointments based on specific service time requirements
Answer incoming calls using the professional greeting in a timely manner
Utilize effective sales skills to communicate current and ongoing promotional programs, services, packages to guests by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of salon/spa offerings
Support technicians by managing schedules, handling wait list, and accommodating guests
Constant focus on maintaining updated guest files
Perform general duties as assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner
Keep work area organized at all times
