This role is specifically based at the Horseshoe property, a well-established and popular casino and hotel renowned for its welcoming atmosphere, exciting gaming offerings, and strong connection with its loyal customer base.

The position available is focused on promoting Caesars Rewards programs and the Horseshoe property’s offerings. The role involves assisting guests with card membership services including new signups, updating account details, replacing lost or damaged cards, and addressing any other loyalty card member needs. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to create positive guest experiences through attentive service and enthusiastic engagement. This job requires an individual who consistently demonstrates superior customer service by embodying prescribed service behaviors—maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude, generating an atmosphere of excitement, and celebrating guest successes.

As a key player at the Horseshoe property, this role requires proactive communication and a thorough understanding of daily promotions and events to provide accurate information to guests. Building genuine guest relationships through warm greetings, anticipating needs, and delivering prompt, error-free service are integral to this position. The candidate must also be adept at managing service challenges quickly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction, culminating each interaction with a cordial farewell and gratitude for the guest’s visit.

This is an in-person, hourly position paying $19.00 per hour, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a prestigious hospitality brand with a strong emphasis on customer loyalty and engagement. Job Requirements
