Pilot Flying J's Knoxville Campus is currently seeking a high-energy Guest Services Representative. This role is a vital part of the Guest Services department, serving as the primary point of contact and the face of the company in responding to all incoming communications including phone calls and emails. The position demands a problem-solver who is passionate about making a positive impact on customers’ days by providing a superior guest experience. The Guest Services Representative at Pilot Flying J Knoxville will be expected to exhibit extensive knowledge about the travel centers, adeptly use internal software, and be an enthusiastic advocate who supports and energizes both guests and team members.

As the heartbeat of the Guest Services team, the successful candidate will manage incoming inquiries with efficiency and empathy, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. The role includes taking parking reservations, processing payments, staying updated with company policies and procedures, and modeling behaviors that foster a strong company culture and customer loyalty.

The position is based on-site at the Knoxville Campus, emphasizing the importance of being present and available for effective communication with guests and internal teams. This is a full-time, hourly role starting at a competitive rate of $16.50 per hour. Job Qualifications

  • intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • respond to all incoming phone calls and emails received by the Guest Services department resulting in resolution or escalation
  • accept parking reservations and process payment for various services offered
  • maintain a working knowledge of all policies and procedures within the Guest Services department as well as others departments within the company
  • maintain knowledge of all services offered at company Travel Centers
  • maintain working knowledge of all company software aligned with guest or team member needs
  • model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose
  • ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • complete other duties as assigned
