Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs
- manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- secure payment and verify billing adjustments
- activate and file room keys
- process guest requests and relay messages
- print contingency guest lists for emergency records
- explain room features and provide directions and hotel information
- follow up and resolve outstanding guest issues
- run and review daily reports and logs
- complete cashier and closing reports
- accept and record wake-up calls
- count and secure cash bank at shift start and end
- process all payment types and provide change
- notify Loss Prevention/Security of theft reports
- follow company policies and maintain safety standards
- uphold professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- assist guests with disabilities
- communicate professionally by phone and in person
- develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- perform physical duties like standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
