Job Requirements

- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
- assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
- answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
- operate the front desk system and process payments
- communicate with housekeeping and other departments
- maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
- handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
- provide local information and general hotel assistance
