  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • able to multitask and stay organized
  • basic computer proficiency
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
  • assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
  • answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
  • operate the front desk system and process payments
  • communicate with housekeeping and other departments
  • maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
  • handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
  • provide local information and general hotel assistance
