The company nurtures a supportive work environment that values professionalism, respect, and collaboration among its team members, ensuring that every guest interaction aligns with their core values.
The role of Front Desk Agent at one of Ignite Hotels' properties is a critical position contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the hotel. This position serves as the first and last impression guests have of the hotel, making the ability to deliver outstanding service paramount. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for supporting daily front office operations, including welcoming guests warmly, handling the check-in and check-out process efficiently, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
This role involves a variety of essential functions such as processing reservations, managing room assignments, and accurately handling payment transactions while adhering strictly to cash handling procedures and front office policies. The role demands professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Scheduling can include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on hotel operational requirements. This position also requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Eligible employees may benefit from health insurance coverage, paid time off, and potential additional compensation in line with company policies and legal requirements. Employment is contingent upon successful background screening and/or drug testing. Ignite Hotels is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to inclusivity and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
