Job Requirements
- Must have 2 plus years of hospitality, guest services, or customer experience
- must have 2 plus years of leadership or supervisory experience
- must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- must be able to work in a crowded and noisy environment
- must be able to obtain a Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license

- experience with promotions, events, or guest engagement
- comfortable using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to build relationships with guests and team members
- strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management
Job Duties
- Lead and develop front desk team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee Aces Rewards operations and guest experience management
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and drawings to engage guests
- Manage kiosk offers and monthly promotions
- Analyze operational reports to improve team and guest services performance
- Ensure staff knowledge and coordination across all departments
- Manage retail inventory and ordering processes
- Support marketing campaigns and mailers
- Provide hands-on leadership by stepping in as needed during operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with marketing, hotel, and operations teams to enhance guest satisfaction
