Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 plus years of hospitality, guest services, or customer experience
  • must have 2 plus years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • must be able to work in a crowded and noisy environment
  • must be able to obtain a Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of hospitality, guest services, or customer experience
  • 2 plus years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • experience with promotions, events, or guest engagement
  • comfortable using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to build relationships with guests and team members
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills in project management

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop front desk team including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Oversee Aces Rewards operations and guest experience management
  • Plan and execute promotions, events, and drawings to engage guests
  • Manage kiosk offers and monthly promotions
  • Analyze operational reports to improve team and guest services performance
  • Ensure staff knowledge and coordination across all departments
  • Manage retail inventory and ordering processes
  • Support marketing campaigns and mailers
  • Provide hands-on leadership by stepping in as needed during operations
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing, hotel, and operations teams to enhance guest satisfaction
