The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, hotel, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and a memorable experience for every guest.
In this full-time position, the Guest Service Manager will be responsible for scheduling, training, and developing the front desk team to maintain high standards of service. They will play a critical role in shaping the guest loyalty program by managing Aces Rewards operations, including kiosk offers and monthly promotions. The manager’s duties also include analyzing performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement and actively resolving guest concerns as they arise, ensuring that visitor satisfaction remains a top priority. Furthermore, this position requires flexibility with scheduling, including evening, weekend, and event work, to meet the casino’s operational demands.
Running Aces Casino strongly values individuals who can build relationships both with guests and internal staff, showing strong organizational and multitasking skills while managing various projects. Physical endurance is essential, as the role demands standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods and working comfortably in a busy, sometimes noisy casino environment. Additionally, the manager must be eligible to obtain a Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license, reflecting the regulatory nature of the gaming industry within the state.
