The role of the Casino Shift Manager at Carson Nugget is a dynamic and pivotal position that requires both management expertise and problem-solving abilities. Under administrative direction, the Casino Shift Manager oversees the daily operations of various departments on the gaming floor and non-gaming areas, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently during their shift. This involves supervising team members, addressing and resolving guest complaints, and handling security concerns. The position also demands active support across all areas of the casino to uphold a clean and inviting atmosphere, including overseeing storage spaces.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application
